Application
Functions For Parting & Grooving Block:
Parting and grooving tool blocks are compatible with NCIH, SLIH, and QE blade holders, primarily used on lathe machines for grooving or parting materials. These blocks provide high precision and stability during machining by securely mounting the blade holders, meeting the requirements for various materials and machining needs.
Usage:
Select the Tool Block: Choose the appropriate center height (6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 16mm, 20mm, 25mm, 32mm) based on machining needs.
Install the Blade Holder: Mount the NCIH, SLIH, or QE blade holder onto the tool block securely to ensure no looseness.
Secure the Insert: Install the compatible insert onto the blade holder and fasten it with the clamping mechanism.
Adjust the Center Height: Attach the tool block to the lathe tool post and align the tool’s center height with the workpiece to ensure machining accuracy.
Start Machining: Set the appropriate speed and feed rate based on the machining requirements and perform the grooving or parting operations.
