1 x SLTBN Grooving & Parting Block: A robust holder to ensure stability and rigidity during operations.
2 x NCIH Grooving & Parting Blades: High-quality blades that provide excellent cutting performance and adaptability for various applications.
10 x GTN Inserts: Premium-grade inserts available in two coatings for different machining requirements.
TiN-Coated Inserts: Ideal for general-purpose applications on standard steel, offering reliable performance and a sharp cutting edge.
TiAlN-Coated Inserts: Provide enhanced durability and wear resistance. Suitable for machining standard steel and capable of handling stainless steel with excellent efficiency.
Usage:
Install the SLTBN block securely on the machine tool and align it for precision.
Mount the NCIH blades and tighten them firmly into the block. Ensure proper seating for accurate grooving and parting operations.
Select the appropriate GTN insert based on the material being machined:
Use TiN-coated inserts for standard steel workpieces.
Use TiAlN-coated inserts for stainless steel or when longer tool life is needed.
Adjust the cutting speed, feed rate, and depth of cut according to the material specifications and tooling recommendations.
Precautions:
Ensure the tooling system is tightly secured to prevent vibration or misalignment.
